Barakah Realty LLC is looking for a driven and personable Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. If you’ve got at least two years of Dubai real estate experience under your belt and you love helping people find the right property, we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary plus commission, and it’s perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and staying on top of what’s happening in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go-to person for buyers, sellers, and investors who need guidance, market insight, and someone they can trust. Your day-to-day will involve generating and managing leads, really listening to what clients are looking for, arranging viewings, and presenting properties in the best possible light. You’ll negotiate deals, keep clients updated, and make sure everyone feels looked after from first contact to final handshake. You’ll also keep your finger on the pulse of the Dubai property scene so you can give honest, up-to-date advice.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
- A proven track record of closing deals
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building and maintaining client relationships
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
