   • Handles guest billing, cash transactions, and daily reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial dealings.
3. Guest Service Agents
   • Acts as the front-line contact for guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
4. Revenue Analyst
   • Analyzes occupancy trends, market demand, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue performance and business forecasting.
5. Assistant Revenue Manager
