Fit-Out Supervisor

AUJAN Interior Decoration LLC is looking for a hands-on Fit-Out Supervisor to take charge of interior fit-out projects across Dubai. This role suits a proactive construction professional who’s just as comfortable leading a site team as they are reading a drawing set, and who takes pride in delivering work safely, on time, and to standard.

You’ll run the daily rhythm of the site, keep every trade moving in sync, and make sure workmanship holds up against the approved drawings and quality expectations from start to handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating daily interior fit-out activities on site
• Allocating manpower according to project needs
• Coordinating with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Overseeing gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry, and joinery works
• Coordinating with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework
• Monitoring workmanship, quality, productivity, and material usage
• Flagging site issues and working with engineering to resolve them
• Tracking daily progress and reporting site status to management
• Supporting snagging, rectification, and final handover

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years as a Fit-Out Supervisor or Foreman
• Solid experience on interior fit-out projects
• Strong grasp of construction and fit-out methods
• Ability to read shop drawings and architectural drawings
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and site workers
• Good understanding of MEP coordination
• UAE fit-out experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working under pressure to hit deadlines
• Immediate joiners have an advantage
