Flight Operations Officer

Forte Aero, a Business Aviation organisation in Dubai, is recruiting a skilled Flight Operations Officer – OCC to join its Operations Control Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified aviation professional who excels at coordinating complex global flight operations under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess flight feasibility covering airports, routing, permits, slots, PPR, ground handling, fuel, FTL, and aircraft performance.
• Prepare flight plans and coordinate all required ground services and operational clearances.
• Monitor live flights, assist crew in real time, and relay operational updates promptly.
• Verify crew documentation, oversee FTL and duty compliance, and arrange crew logistics (hotels, transport, travel).
• Maintain accurate records in LEON, ForeFlight, and related operational platforms.
• Handle delays, disruptions, and last-minute flight requests with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai with a valid Emirates ID.
• 3+ years of proven experience in business aviation operations.
• Valid Flight Dispatcher License/Certificate from an ICAO State (mandatory).
• Fluent English; strong multi-stakeholder communication skills.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Deep knowledge of ETOPS, NAT HLA operations across Middle East, North America, Africa, and Asia; proficient in LEON, ForeFlight, and FTL procedures.
