Job Overview
eSol Global is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer for enterprise AI initiatives in the airline and aviation sector. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The position is designed for an experienced professional who can understand operational requirements, build production-ready AI solutions, integrate them with enterprise systems, and support delivery from discovery through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and manage AI solution delivery from initial discovery to production deployment.
- Develop solutions using Large Language Models, AI Agents, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector search.
- Connect AI applications to enterprise systems through MCP integrations, REST APIs, OpenAPI, webhooks, and backend services.
- Implement tool calling and structured outputs to support reliable application workflows.
- Set up AI evaluation approaches, monitoring, and security guardrails for deployed solutions.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to turn airline-domain needs into working AI capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in the airline or aviation domain is required.
- Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, and vector search is expected.
- Practical experience with MCP integrations, REST/OpenAPI, webhooks, and backend integrations is required.
- Knowledge of tool calling, structured outputs, AI evaluation, monitoring, and security guardrails is important.
- Candidates with proven airline experience and production-ready Agentic AI implementations are preferred.
Key Skills
The role requires strong applied AI engineering knowledge, systems integration skills, and the ability to manage complex technical work. Candidates should be comfortable discussing business requirements with stakeholders and translating those needs into secure, monitored solutions suitable for enterprise use.
Employment Details
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and is offered as a 12-month extendable contract. The advertised estimated monthly salary is AED 28,000–40,000. Airline-domain experience and the ability to deliver production-ready Agentic AI systems are key selection factors.
