Job Overview
Vera Vista Real Estate, a Dubai brokerage focused on premium residential properties and investment opportunities, is looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist. The role is focused on producing qualified enquiries through measurable digital advertising and improving the path from first click to sales conversion using campaign data and CRM feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid campaigns designed to reach property investors and prospective buyers.
- Generate qualified leads and work continuously to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor cost per lead and campaign results and make data-led optimization decisions.
- Implement tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team to review lead quality, follow-ups, and CRM conversion outcomes.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creative assets, landing pages, and campaign approaches.
- Work with agencies or freelancers when required and prepare weekly performance reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least three years of hands-on performance marketing and paid lead generation experience is required.
- Candidates should have independently managed Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with advertising budgets, cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions is expected.
- Strong campaign tracking, attribution, analytics, and CRM integration skills are important.
- Dubai real estate marketing experience is an advantage but is not mandatory; strong English communication is required.
Key Skills
Applicants should be confident using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API. The position also calls for analytical thinking, A/B testing, lead generation strategy, campaign optimization, and clear reporting.
Employment Details
This is a full-time Dubai position with an advertised estimated salary of AED 8,000–12,000 per month. Experience in the Dubai property market is beneficial, but it is not essential.
