A steel manufacturing business in Riyadh is seeking a qualified General Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is aimed at an experienced accounting professional with industrial sector exposure who can manage daily transactions, maintain accurate records and support reliable financial reporting.
Job Overview
The accountant will handle routine accounting operations and use accounting software to record, monitor and report financial activity. The role includes reconciliations, closing support and audit documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain complete and accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and supporting accounting documentation for internal review.
- Record and monitor transactions in accounting software, ensuring entries are consistent and properly supported.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and follow up on outstanding accounting items.
- Apply company accounting procedures and financial policies when processing transactions and maintaining records.
- Support audit activities and keep financial documents organized and available when requested.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least five years of accounting experience, including experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with an Accounting major and a minimum grade of Good.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial record management.
- Good command of the English language.
- Applicants must not have previous work experience in any Gulf country.
- Applicants must be from Mansoura or Ismailia Governorates in Egypt.

Employment Details
This is a full-time accounting role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in the steel manufacturing sector. The estimated salary is SAR 5,500–8,500 per month. Applicants must meet the five-year experience and education requirements and be from Mansoura or Ismailia Governorates, Egypt, with no prior Gulf work experience.
