Job Overview
Joint Space Polyclinic is seeking a General Manager to lead the business and operational development of its multidisciplinary clinic at Alserkal Avenue in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning with daily operational management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. The General Manager will work closely with the CEO, practitioners, and the wider team to improve clinic performance while maintaining a positive patient and employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinic’s daily business operations and maintain effective coordination across functions.
- Develop and implement plans that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, resource allocation, and operational costs.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations, including applicable DHA requirements.
- Lead teams, review workflows, and introduce practical improvements to clinic processes.
- Monitor business performance and use relevant information to track results and identify opportunities.
- Work with practitioners and leadership to support clinic growth and an efficient patient experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf region is required.
- Experience within a multidisciplinary clinic is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of clinic operations, budgeting, financial management, and DHA requirements is important.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and improve operational processes is expected.
- Candidates should have a record of implementing measurable improvements in a healthcare business.
