Barceló Business Bay is recruiting two hospitality team members in Dubai: one Guest Service Agent and one Bellboy. Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and professional customer service to hotel guests throughout their interaction with the property.
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous manner and help create a comfortable, positive experience.
- Support daily front office and guest service operations according to the requirements of the assigned position.
- For the Guest Service Agent role, assist with guest-facing service and front office coordination as assigned.
- For the Bellboy role, provide practical assistance to guests as part of the hotel’s guest service operations.
- Maintain professional hospitality standards and communicate guest needs clearly to the relevant hotel colleagues.
