Head of Finance

Bikanervala UAE, a well-known name in the F&B and hospitality space, is expanding its Dubai leadership team and is looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership of its financial operations. This is a senior role for a finance leader who’s comfortable setting strategy, not just executing it — someone who can steer reporting, budgeting, and compliance while also mentoring a team.

You’ll be the go-to voice on financial health for the business, working closely with senior management to guide decisions, tighten up cost control, and make sure everything from audits to forecasting is running the way it should.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the finance and accounting function end-to-end.
• Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Driving cost control initiatives and improving overall financial performance.
• Ensuring the business stays compliant with financial regulations, internal policy, and audit requirements.
• Producing and analysing financial reports that inform real business decisions.
• Leading and developing the finance team while pushing for operational excellence.
• Partnering with senior leadership on financial planning and broader business strategy.
