An AI-native creative studio and SaaS company in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Executive to help drive its outbound growth across the GCC. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the mechanics of pipeline-building — prospecting, cold outreach, case studies, proposals — and who wants to do that work inside a fast-growing, AI-forward business.
You’ll be central to how the company finds and nurtures new relationships, from building targeted prospect lists to turning finished projects into compelling proof points for future clients. If you’ve got a knack for outbound email, CRM discipline, and telling a good brand story on LinkedIn, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building targeted lists of brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers across the GCC.
- Planning and running outbound email campaigns — writing, sending, following up, and booking meetings.
- Turning completed client work into polished case studies for sales and marketing use.
- Keeping credentials decks, proposal templates, and presentation materials current.
- Managing the company’s LinkedIn presence with consistent, high-quality posting.
- Tracking relevant RFPs and tenders, preparing submissions, and following up with prospects.
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised CRM so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years in marketing, an agency environment, or business development support.
- Demonstrated success running cold email campaigns that actually generate engagement.
- Comfort with CRM and outreach tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
- Strong written English and Arabic.
- Ability to put together professional decks and presentations independently.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with the self-motivation to work autonomously.
- Must already be based in the UAE.
- Genuine interest in AI-driven creative production.
