Social Media Manager

A Dubai-based creative studio is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who can take the reins of its digital identity and turn it into something people actually want to follow. If you live and breathe content trends, know how to grow a community from the ground up, and can translate a brand’s personality into scroll-stopping posts, this role was built for you.

You’ll own the strategy end-to-end — planning campaigns, producing content alongside the creative team, tracking what’s working, and adjusting on the fly. It’s a role for someone who’s equally comfortable behind a content calendar and in a brainstorm about the next viral Reel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building out social media strategies and content calendars from scratch.
• Running the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Producing and overseeing Reels, Stories, and broader campaign content.
• Keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activity, and fresh content angles.
• Engaging with the community and responding to inbound questions and comments.
• Digging into analytics, reporting on performance, and shaping growth strategy from the data.
• Working closely with the video and creative production teams to bring ideas to life.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4+ years managing social media or digital marketing for a brand or agency.
• A strong feel for platform trends, content creation, and how to read performance metrics.
• Sharp writing and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a genuinely creative streak.
• Comfortable owning projects and balancing several priorities at once.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
• Comfort in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.
