Job Description

Latinum HR Solutions is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Finance on behalf of a prestigious client in Dubai. This executive-level opportunity is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, and business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance and compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support long-term business objectives and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and execution across the organization
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Drive profitability, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure strong financial governance and internal control frameworks
• Oversee compliance with UAE and GCC financial regulations and reporting standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead and mentor large finance teams across multiple business functions
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Strengthen financial processes, reporting structures, and operational efficiency

Business Growth & Investments

• Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives
• Evaluate business opportunities and provide financial due diligence
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth plans

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred

Leadership Experience

• 12–18 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in senior finance management positions
• Experience overseeing large-scale corporate finance operations

Market Knowledge

• Strong understanding of UAE and GCC business environments
• Experience with regional financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
