Head of Finance

A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and drive strategic financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital optimization
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory requirements
• Manage financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise risk management
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving operational excellence

Requirements:

• 15–18 years of relevant finance leadership experience
• Previous experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Director, or similar senior role
• Strong background in Exchange Houses, Financial Services, Banking, or regulated institutions
• Proven expertise in financial planning, treasury management, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements, VAT, and Corporate Tax
• Face-to-face interview availability is preferred
