Etlad Construction Co. LLC is growing its Human Resources function in Dubai and is on the hunt for an organized, people-focused HR Assistant to help keep the department running smoothly. This is a great entry point into HR within the construction sector, and it’s equally well suited to someone with a bit of HR experience under their belt.
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR administration — from recruitment coordination and onboarding to keeping employee files airtight and confidential. Immediate joiners already based in the UAE will have an edge, but the role is genuinely open to motivated candidates who tick the right boxes.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting daily HR and general administrative activities
- Keeping employee records, files and HR documentation accurate and up to date
- Coordinating recruitment activity and scheduling candidate interviews
- Assisting with onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Drafting HR reports, letters and official correspondence
- Responding to employee queries promptly and professionally
- Safeguarding confidential employee files and records
- Providing general administrative support across the HR team
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Solid computer skills, particularly in MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Comfort juggling HR and administrative responsibilities day to day
- Prior HR experience is a plus, but freshers are genuinely welcome to apply
- Availability to join immediately is preferred, and candidates already in the UAE will be prioritized
