dipndip is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources activities for its team in Riyadh. The role is suited to an HR professional with experience in people operations, recruitment, employee relations and regulatory compliance, preferably within food and beverage or hospitality businesses.
Job Overview
The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, workforce planning and employee support while helping the business meet Saudi employment requirements. The position includes recruitment, Saudization, payroll coordination and use of relevant government platforms. The manager will also advise leadership and support performance, engagement and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure that processes follow Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
- Lead recruitment activities, workforce planning and Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives in line with business needs.
- Manage payroll processes, employee relations and general HR administration, ensuring that records are accurate and current.
- Use government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem and Absher for relevant employee and HR processes.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, talent development and retention programmes across the organization.
- Provide practical HR guidance to management and help maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Five to seven years of HR experience, including at least three years working in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, Saudization, workforce planning, payroll and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
Skills
The role requires HR operations management, recruitment planning, employee relations, payroll coordination and knowledge of Saudi government HR systems. Strong people leadership, sound judgment and the ability to communicate with employees and senior management are essential.
Employment Details
This is a full-time HR management role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the food and beverage and hospitality sector. The estimated salary is SAR 12,000–18,000 per month. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of HR experience, including Saudi experience.
