Job Overview
Aivora Exchange is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The vacancy requires three to five years of recruitment experience and fluency in Arabic and English. The recruiter will manage the hiring process from candidate sourcing through onboarding, with particular focus on attracting Arabic-speaking crypto trader live-stream hosts. Experience in cryptocurrency, Web3 or fintech recruitment is preferred. The role also requires familiarity with sourcing through social media and Web3 communities, coordinating interviews and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities from initial sourcing and screening through interview coordination and onboarding.
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through social media platforms and Web3 communities.
- Communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews with relevant hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Focus on recruiting Arabic-speaking crypto trader live-stream hosts and other assigned positions.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and support timely hiring decisions.
Requirements and Skills
- Have three to five years of professional recruitment experience.
- Be a native or fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- Have cryptocurrency, Web3 or fintech recruitment experience as a preferred advantage.
- Understand candidate sourcing through social media and Web3 communities.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Be capable of managing several recruitment assignments at the same time.
Qualifications

Employment Details
Full-time, on-site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The estimated monthly salary range is AED 8,000–12,000.
