Job Overview
Infinix Innovations is seeking an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse activity at its Dubai Investment Park 1 location. The position requires at least two years of warehouse or logistics experience in the UAE, including previous supervisory responsibility. The successful candidate will coordinate receiving, storage, packing and dispatch, maintain reliable inventory information and guide warehouse staff to keep work organised. The role also involves communication with suppliers, procurement colleagues and courier partners. A person who is systematic, comfortable supervising a team and familiar with warehouse records and stock procedures will be well suited to this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise warehouse employees and organise workloads to maintain an efficient daily workflow.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and keep inventory records and operational reports accurate.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams and courier partners on goods and delivery movements.
- Maintain organised storage areas and ensure warehouse safety procedures and operating standards are followed.
- Review warehouse processes and identify practical ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Skills
- Have at least two years of warehouse or logistics experience in the UAE.
- Have previous experience in a warehouse supervisory position.
- Understand inventory management, stock control and routine warehouse operations.
- Be comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets and warehouse documentation.
- Have leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related subject is a relevant qualification. Practical UAE warehouse experience and the ability to supervise staff are central requirements for the role.
Employment Details
Full-time position at Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai. The estimated monthly salary range is AED 5,000–8,000. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of relevant UAE experience and supervisory exposure. Candidates should send their CV to the email address in the application field.
