HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive opportunity based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
- Review CVs, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Arrange interviews, coordinate feedback, and maintain regular communication with applicants.
- Keep candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurate and up to date.
- Support recruitment campaigns and help deliver a professional candidate experience.

- Relevant experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
- Education: Not specified.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
