Job Overview
Voltronix Contracting LLC is looking for an HSE / Safety Officer to support safe working practices on construction activities in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying hazards, reviewing work conditions, promoting compliance, and helping teams follow workplace safety procedures.
The successful candidate will support inspections, risk assessments, incident documentation, and practical safety awareness across project teams. A relevant degree and two to five years of safety experience are expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe working conditions.
- Support risk assessments, toolbox talks, and communication of safe work procedures.
- Monitor compliance with workplace HSE requirements and applicable project safety standards.
- Record incidents, near misses, inspections, and corrective actions accurately.
- Work with supervisors and project teams to address safety concerns and improve practices.
- Prepare safety reports and help maintain organized HSE documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have two to five years of relevant safety experience.
- Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Understand HSE regulations, hazard identification, incident reporting, and risk assessment.
- Have knowledge of NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, or related safety standards and procedures.
- Communicate clearly, work constructively with teams, and solve issues responsibly.
