HVAC TAB Technician / Driver

Serve Point Technical Services is seeking a technically proficient HVAC TAB Technician / Driver to join its growing team in Dubai. This combined technical and driving role is well-suited to a candidate with foundational HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience or training in testing, air balancing, and commissioning (TAB) activities.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be required to drive for work-related activities, so a valid UAE Driving License is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with and carry out HVAC testing, air balancing, and commissioning (TAB) activities on assigned projects
• Support the technical team with site-based HVAC work, installations, and system checks
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely, accurately, and to the required technical standards
• Drive to job sites and support transportation of equipment and team members as required
• Coordinate effectively with site team members and maintain clear communication throughout assignments
• Follow company safety procedures and adhere to UAE workplace safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HVAC or related technical services
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Valid UAE Driving License — mandatory
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HVAC/TAB systems, testing, commissioning, and air balancing
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; willingness to learn and grow on the job
