MVR Diagnostic Clinic L.L.C. is looking for a skilled Insurance Coordinator / Front Office Executive to join its Garhoud branch in Dubai, combining insurance claims expertise with strong front desk management.
You’ll be the key link between patients, insurance providers, and clinical staff — managing the end-to-end UAE insurance process while keeping daily front office operations running efficiently. A Certified Medical Coder qualification is mandatory for this role.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the complete UAE medical insurance process — approvals, claim submissions, resubmissions, and empanelment
- Welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle front desk inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality requirements
- Coordinate with insurance providers, clinical staff, and internal departments
- Process insurance documentation accurately and within required deadlines
- Support admin activities to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience
What you’ll bring:
- Certified Medical Coder certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years in a healthcare facility, medical centre, or clinic
- Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance procedures, DHA processes, and E-Claims
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
