D2GLOBAL is recruiting an IT Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a client in Dubai. This role suits IT professionals with hands-on UAE desktop support experience who can start on short notice.
You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and keep desktop systems and end-user devices running smoothly. Candidates already in Dubai and available within 10 days are encouraged to apply.
Key tasks:
- Providing desktop and technical support to end users
- Diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network issues
- Installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assisting with IT requests and troubleshooting
- Resolving support tickets promptly
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UAE IT/desktop support experience
- Currently based in Dubai, available within 10 days
- Visit visa holders welcome
- UAE driving license not required
