Job Overview
Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services L.L.C. (AROAM) is seeking an IT Support Executive to maintain reliable technology and provide day-to-day technical assistance in Dubai. The role covers office networks, computers, software, user access, email, and basic security practices. The successful candidate will respond to support requests, troubleshoot common issues, and coordinate with external service providers when required. A practical, service-oriented approach is important because the role supports multiple colleagues and helps keep business systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office IT infrastructure, network connections, and user devices to support daily business operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system problems and explain solutions clearly to users.
- Manage email accounts, Wi-Fi access, user permissions, and routine account-related requests.
- Support data-backup routines, cybersecurity practices, and appropriate handling of access credentials.
- Monitor system performance and carry out basic maintenance to reduce avoidable service interruptions.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when a problem requires specialist support.
- Record support requests and communicate progress so users understand the status of their issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant IT experience in the UAE is required.
- A relevant IT, Computer Science, or related diploma or degree is listed as an estimated qualification.
- Good knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, computers, and Microsoft Office applications is important.
- Candidates should be able to troubleshoot technical issues systematically and prioritize support requests.
- Clear communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently are expected.
- Awareness of system security and data backup procedures is required.

Employment Details
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE. Qualification: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is listed as an estimated qualification. Compensation: AED 4,500–6,500 per month (estimated).
