Job Overview
Building CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Dubai from planning through handover. The position requires strong control of schedules, budgets, resources, contractual matters, quality, and health and safety. The Project Manager will work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep project delivery aligned with specifications and agreed targets. This senior role is suited to a construction professional with substantial leadership experience and the ability to manage complex project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and execution from early planning through construction, completion, and final handover.
- Develop and control schedules, budgets, resource plans, and cost-management activities.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain clear communication.
- Monitor progress, workmanship, quality requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review risks, contract variations, claims, and contractual obligations, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare progress updates, manage recovery plans, and address delays or delivery constraints.
- Ensure that work follows project specifications, relevant construction requirements, and company procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- At least 20 years of relevant construction project management experience is required.
- Strong experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and claims management is expected.
- Candidates must be able to lead teams and manage several project stakeholders effectively.
- Good knowledge of construction standards, quality systems, and HSE requirements is essential.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.

Employment Details
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant construction project management experience. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Compensation: AED 30,000–45,000 per month (estimated).
