Job Overview
Karwill Global Logistic LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Account Specialist to support its accounting activities in Dubai. The role is designed for someone with a sound understanding of basic accounting who is ready to develop further in a logistics business. Daily work will include accounting entries, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable support, bank reconciliations, financial reporting assistance, and documentation. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling numerical information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting tax-related tasks under the finance team’s processes. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time opportunity.
Employment: Full Time. Experience: Experience with accounting fundamentals and related tasks; immediate joiners are preferred. Salary: AED 3,500–5,500 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily accounting transactions and maintain complete, accurate financial records.
- Support invoicing activities and routine accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and help investigate differences in financial records.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and supporting accounting schedules.
- Support VAT and Corporate Tax filing activities by organising relevant records and documents.
- Maintain orderly accounting files and ensure supporting documentation is available when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial processes.
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and manage routine deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Working knowledge of accounting entries, invoicing, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation is relevant.
- Awareness of VAT and Corporate Tax filing support is useful.

The ideal candidate will be methodical, dependable, and willing to learn the company’s accounting procedures. Accuracy in transaction recording, clear documentation, and timely follow-up are important. This is a full-time position in Dubai, with an estimated monthly salary of AED 3,500–5,500.
