Job Overview
Envoy Cargo Services is hiring an Operations Executive to support its logistics and freight-forwarding activities at Dubai World Central. The successful candidate will help coordinate daily operational tasks, communicate with customers and operational partners, and support the timely movement and handling of shipments. This role requires practical exposure to logistics or freight forwarding and the ability to respond to operational issues in a busy environment. A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling is an advantage. The position offers an opportunity to work with a logistics team and contribute to reliable service delivery through accurate coordination and documentation.
Employment: Full Time. Experience: Experience in logistics or freight-forwarding operations; a valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Salary: AED 5,000–8,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and freight-forwarding activities to support smooth operations.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and operational partners to keep activities aligned.
- Monitor operational requirements and help address issues that may affect service delivery.
- Follow up on tasks and maintain clear communication throughout logistics processes.
- Support shipment documentation and other operational records as required.
- Assist the team in meeting service timelines and maintaining an organised workflow.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics or freight-forwarding operations.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory for this position.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and freight-forwarding processes.
- Dangerous Goods handling experience or knowledge is an added advantage.
Skills and Additional Information
The candidate should be organised, responsive, and able to coordinate with several parties while keeping operational information accurate. Understanding shipment processes, documentation, and service timelines will support success in the role. This is a full-time position based at DWC in Dubai, with an estimated monthly salary of AED 5,000–8,000.
