Job Overview
Kids HQ Arcade LLC is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its Abu Dhabi branch. This role is ideal for candidates with entertainment industry experience who can efficiently manage front desk operations, customer interactions, and administrative support activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Welcome visitors and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly manner
- Manage birthday party bookings and coordinate school-related sales inquiries
- Perform data entry and support daily administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Use Microsoft Office applications for reports, records, and communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth front desk operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely assistance
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the entertainment industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling guests and calls
