Scuderia Motor Design LLC, a specialist in world-class luxury vehicle interior solutions based at Dubai Industrial City, is looking for a warm, well-presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for its clients and visitors. This is an on-site role best suited to a Filipino national currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests and create a lasting positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage emails, office correspondence, and daily communication flow.
- Schedule appointments and keep accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to various teams across the facility.
- Assist with general office coordination and documentation needs.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area at all times.
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- Filipino national, currently residing in the UAE.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance with a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills; comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
