Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain invoices, expenses, and payment transactions accurately
• Assist with VAT documentation and compliance-related reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and closing activities
• Organize and maintain accounting files and supporting documentation
• Support senior accounting staff with day-to-day finance operations

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• UAE accounting experience is an advantage but not mandatory
