Junior Assistant Accountant

If you’ve got a few years of hands-on accounting experience under your belt and you’re ready to grow inside a stable, fast-moving manufacturing environment, this could be the next step in your career.

You’ll be joining a team that values accuracy and speed in equal measure — someone who can jump straight into the daily rhythm of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and record-keeping. Immediate joiners are especially welcome.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recording and maintaining the day-to-day accounting transactions that keep the business running
• Supporting bookkeeping and general financial record management
• Processing invoices, payments, and receipts with a careful eye for accuracy
• Carrying out account reconciliations and keeping the supporting paperwork organized
• Making sure accounting records stay updated and easy to navigate
• Backing up the wider finance team on routine accounting tasks
• Hitting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy

What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• A B.Com or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting
• Availability to join immediately is a strong plus
• A confident grasp of accounting principles and bookkeeping fundamentals
• Clear communication skills and a naturally organized approach to work
• The ability to stay accurate even when the pace picks up
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office and standard accounting software
