Job Overview
RKA Global Auditors LLC is recruiting a detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor for its professional team in Abu Dhabi. The position offers an opportunity for an early-career accounting or audit professional to build practical experience in financial reviews, internal controls, compliance and risk assessment. Working with the audit team, the successful candidate will help examine financial records, assess processes, prepare working papers and communicate findings. The role also involves reviewing compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements and using accounting software to support audit work. Candidates already based in Abu Dhabi, or those willing to relocate within the UAE, are preferred. The estimated monthly salary is AED 4,500 to AED 7,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with internal audit assignments and review financial records and supporting documents.
- Evaluate internal controls and contribute to risk assessment activities.
- Review compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
- Prepare audit working papers, reports, findings and practical recommendations.
- Analyse financial information and help identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Use accounting software to review records and maintain organised audit documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting.
- Understand IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Have strong Microsoft Excel and financial data-analysis skills.
- Be familiar with internal controls, risk assessment and audit procedures.
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Xero or SAP is expected.
- Part-qualified ACCA, CA, CMA or CIA candidates are preferred.
- Abu Dhabi-based candidates or applicants willing to relocate within the UAE are preferred.
