Junior Operations Executive

A growing chemicals, trading and manufacturing group based in Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah, is looking to bring on a motivated Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations. This is a great entry point for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, wants exposure to purchasing, production, logistics, warehousing and accounts, and is comfortable coordinating across multiple departments at once.

You will work closely with the operations team to keep documentation accurate, inventory organized, ERP data up to date, and administrative processes running smoothly. Candidates coming from a manufacturing, chemicals, trading or distribution background will find the environment especially familiar, though a strong willingness to learn matters just as much as prior exposure.

What you’ll be doing

• Entering and maintaining operational data in the ERP system
• Preparing purchase orders, requesting supplier quotations, and following up with vendors
• Keeping inventory records, material receipts and stock documentation current
• Coordinating production schedules and tracking raw material availability
• Supporting logistics, delivery scheduling and warehouse activities
• Preparing delivery notes, goods receipt records and related paperwork
• Helping with basic reporting, filing and bookkeeping tasks

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, purchasing, warehousing, logistics or administration
• Prior exposure to ERP systems is a plus
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, inventory management and warehouse documentation
• Good spoken and written English; Hindi language ability is required or strongly preferred
• Background in chemicals, manufacturing, trading, industrial, FMCG or distribution sectors is an advantage
• Willing to be based at Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah
