Job Overview
A nursery in Dubai is seeking a KG Teacher to support children during their early learning years. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and learning activities suitable for kindergarten-aged children and their developmental stages.
- Create a safe, nurturing, organised, and stimulating classroom where children feel comfortable participating and learning.
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development through child-centred classroom experiences and daily interaction.
- Observe student participation and progress, identify areas where support may be needed, and provide feedback when required.
- Use appropriate classroom management techniques to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Work closely with fellow teachers and school staff to support consistent classroom routines and a positive school culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A relevant teaching qualification is required for the position.
- Previous experience in Early Years or kindergarten education is expected.
- A sound understanding of early childhood education practices and child-centred learning is important.
- Candidates should be confident in lesson planning, classroom organisation, and managing a group of young learners.
- A caring, patient, positive, and collaborative approach to working with children and colleagues is essential.

Employment Details
