Job Overview
D’Learner SkillUp Inclusive Care is seeking a compassionate Female Learning Support Assistant for its Muhaisnah and Al Qusais locations in Dubai. The role focuses on helping children with additional learning needs participate in learning, develop life skills, and build independence.
The assistant will follow individualized support plans and work with educators, therapists, and families. A degree in Psychology and ABAT, IBT, or RBT certification are listed qualifications. Patience, empathy, consistency, and clear communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide learning and behavioral support to children with additional learning needs.
- Assist children in developing essential life skills and promoting independence.
- Implement individualized support plans under professional guidance.
- Encourage positive learning through patience, care, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to support each child’s progress.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Psychology.
- Have ABAT, IBT, or RBT certification.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting children’s development.
- Be able to work effectively with children requiring additional learning support and follow individualized guidance.
