A Dubai-based organization is hiring a Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities in JAFZA. The role requires at least two years of UAE logistics or freight-forwarding experience and strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics activities and shipment movements.
- Track shipments and follow up with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare, check, and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.
- Support import, export, delivery, and freight-forwarding processes.
- Update shipment records and follow up on pending deliveries or documentation.
- Assist with inventory and logistics records and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to help ensure timely shipment processing and delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and supply chain team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE logistics or freight-forwarding experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, shipping documentation, and freight-forwarding procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on time-sensitive activities.

- Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,500 per month (estimated)
