Job Overview
Harmony Medical Group is seeking a creative Marketing Designer for its Abu Dhabi team. The role involves producing visual materials for digital and print campaigns, clinic activities, and patient engagement, while keeping communications aligned with the organisation’s brand identity. The successful candidate will combine good design judgement with reliable project management and the ability to deliver polished work to deadlines. The designer will help communicate services clearly and consistently, turning campaign ideas into visual assets that are useful across social media, advertising, presentations, and printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and other promotional materials for healthcare audiences.
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, clinic events, and patient engagement initiatives in line with campaign objectives.
- Apply brand colours, typography, layout rules, and approved visual guidelines consistently across digital and printed content.
- Retouch images and assist with short-form video or motion content when the campaign requires additional creative support.
- Work with the marketing team to understand briefs, refine concepts, and prepare finished assets for the relevant channels.
- Organise design files, manage revisions, and balance multiple requests while maintaining quality and delivery deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
- Have at least two years of relevant professional design experience.
- Provide a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative, clear, and consistent design work.
- Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Pay careful attention to detail and be able to manage several deadlines at once.
- Canva familiarity and basic video-editing skills are an advantage.
