Job Overview
Jigsaw HR Consultants is recruiting a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager on behalf of a leading Dubai real estate business. You will own brand positioning and property campaigns, working closely with sales to generate high-quality investor leads and support business growth.
Dubai's property market moves quickly, and this role demands someone who can read market trends, act decisively and keep messaging consistent across every channel. You will collaborate with sales, design and external agencies, and your results will be visible in lead volume and quality. Creativity matters, but so does discipline in measuring what works and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute real estate marketing strategies and strengthen brand positioning.
- Plan and run property campaigns, project launches and promotions.
- Generate qualified leads through digital channels, social media, websites and property portals.
- Oversee brochures, investor presentations and other marketing content.
- Coordinate exhibitions, events and investor engagement activities.
- Track KPIs, cost per lead and ROI, and keep all advertising compliant with RERA and DLD rules.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, with real estate experience essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong digital marketing, campaign management and analytical skills.
- A proactive, creative, results-oriented mindset.
Skills and Competencies
Property marketing, brand management, social media and portal advertising, lead generation, campaign analytics and knowledge of Dubai advertising regulations.
