Medical Representative

Are you a driven healthcare sales professional who excels at building meaningful relationships with medical practitioners? Cure Medicals, a growing pharmaceutical and medical products company, is actively recruiting a results-focused Medical Representative to join its expanding team in Dubai.

This role is well-suited to ambitious professionals who combine solid pharmaceutical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and sales skills, and who have the drive to develop new business opportunities across a defined territory. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions, promoting Cure Medicals’ product portfolio, and consistently achieving sales objectives in a competitive and fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Cure Medicals’ pharmaceutical products and healthcare services effectively to doctors, pharmacists, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and medical institutions within the assigned territory.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the company’s reach and customer base across Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and compelling product presentations and scientific detailing to healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, call reports, and sales data within the company’s CRM system.
• Track developments in the pharmaceutical market, monitor competitor activity, and provide regular market intelligence to the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or a related healthcare field.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the UAE healthcare market landscape.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to present to senior medical professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales tracking software.
• Strong negotiation ability, high emotional intelligence, and proven customer relationship management skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently and manage a busy territory schedule.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month (Estimated) | Employment Type: Full Time
