Mid-Level Purchaser

Sabin Plastic Industries LLC is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Purchaser for its procurement team in Dubai Investment Park. The position is suitable for a purchasing professional who can source materials, evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely procurement for operational requirements.

The successful candidate will coordinate closely with production, technical, estimation, and project teams and maintain accurate purchasing documentation. Experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting environments is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services.
• Obtain and compare RFQs and supplier quotations.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets for purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Raise and process purchase orders accurately.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate material requirements with technical, production, estimation, and project teams.
• Maintain supplier records, procurement files, and documentation.
• Support cost-effective purchasing while maintaining required quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
• Industry experience in signage, fabrication, acrylic, aluminium, steel, construction, or contracting is preferred.
• Strong supplier-sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement documentation and purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
