A leading UAE roads and infrastructure organization is hiring experienced Site Engineers across Roads, Utilities, and Structures disciplines. The role is suitable for civil engineers with strong site-supervision experience and practical exposure to UAE infrastructure projects.
The selected engineers will supervise construction activities, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, review technical documentation, monitor progress, and ensure that works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and milestone completion.
- Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering support.
- Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project records.
- Support communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant site-engineering experience.
- Strong UAE experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction supervision, drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
- Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
