Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is expanding its team and recruiting for four construction and engineering positions in Dubai: Construction Manager, QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Quantity Surveyor, and Land Surveyor. Candidates should have relevant building and construction experience and strong technical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out technical and operational responsibilities appropriate to the selected position.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project work complies with specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in building and construction projects.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge related to the relevant position.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
