Job Overview

KLN Shipping and Logistics Services LLC is hiring an experienced Transport Supervisor in Dubai to oversee daily transport and fleet operations. The role focuses on coordinating vehicles and drivers, managing schedules, monitoring fleet performance, and resolving operational issues. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport and fleet operations.
• Coordinate vehicles, drivers, routes, and transportation schedules.
• Ensure transport activities are completed efficiently and on time.
• Monitor fleet performance and address operational issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company transport procedures and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve transport coordination and fleet efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of transport or fleet operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day transport coordination.
• Ability to manage drivers, vehicles, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, driver scheduling, vehicle management, logistics operations, and operational planning.
