Job Overview
Netscale Technology LLC is seeking an Odoo Developer to build, customize, and maintain business applications for its Dubai-based team. This full-time position is suitable for a developer with at least two years of Odoo experience and practical skills in Python, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb. The role includes custom module development, third-party integration, application troubleshooting, and performance improvements. Candidates already based in the UAE who can join immediately are preferred. The estimated monthly salary is AED 8,000–12,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules to support business workflows and functional requirements.
- Configure and extend Odoo applications while considering maintainability and usability.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs with Odoo systems.
- Improve application performance and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users or internal teams.
- Work with colleagues to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Maintain existing modules, fix defects, and support enhancements throughout the application lifecycle.
- Follow development standards and produce clear, reliable code.
- Assist with testing and validation to ensure changes work as expected before release.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
- Strong understanding of the Odoo framework, module structure, and core modules.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with connected business systems.
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Collaborative communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business colleagues.
- UAE-based candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.

The role calls for logical problem-solving, attention to code quality, and an understanding of how software supports business processes.
