A confidential manufacturing client in the UAE is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations across the full production cycle. This is a hands-on leadership role covering everything from planning and team management to driving productivity, OEE and waste reduction, all while keeping HSE, GMP and internal quality standards firmly in place.

What you’ll be doing
- Planning and managing daily, weekly and monthly production activities
- Overseeing the full manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods
- Leading and developing production teams to hit operational targets
- Coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Stores, Planning and Logistics
- Driving process improvements, OEE gains and waste reduction
- Ensuring efficient availability and use of raw and packaging materials
- Coordinating preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime
- Monitoring production costs, labour efficiency and material utilization
- Ensuring compliance with HSE, GMP, SOPs and quality standards
- Preparing production reports and updates for senior management
What we’re looking for
- 8-12 years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years as Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager
- Background in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, tissue converting or pharma manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering
- Strong production planning and operations experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Focus
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, GMP and CAPA
