Dolphin Group is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Storekeeper / Data Entry Clerk to join an industrial team in Abu Dhabi. Working within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Fabrication and Industrial Services sector, you’ll keep store operations running smoothly while maintaining precise inventory and data records.
This is an urgent, full-time, on-site opening, so we’re looking for someone organized and ready to jump in quickly to keep material tracking and store records in top shape.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day storekeeping and inventory activities
- Receiving, inspecting, organizing and recording incoming materials
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating inventory data
- Entering and maintaining store and inventory information in relevant systems
- Preparing documentation for material receipts, issues and transfers
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Keeping store and inventory documents properly filed
- Coordinating with departments on material requirements and availability
- Keeping the store area and records organized
What we’re looking for
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory management or data entry preferred
- Oil & Gas, EPC, fabrication or industrial services background is an advantage
- Good data entry and record-keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple tasks
- Available immediately due to urgent hiring need
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred
