Job Overview
Falcon Survey Engineering Consultants, part of the Falcon Group of Companies, is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to support survey engineering assignments in Dubai. The role combines client communication, quotation preparation, coordination with survey teams, and day-to-day project administration. The coordinator will help translate client enquiries into clear project requirements, support commercial submissions, and keep activities moving from initial enquiry through delivery. A good understanding of land surveying services will help the successful candidate communicate accurately with clients and internal technical teams. This position suits someone who can balance several requests, maintain reliable records, and follow up consistently.
Employment: Full Time. Experience: Experience in survey engineering, project coordination, and quotation preparation; a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Salary: AED 5,500–8,500 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries, clarify the required survey scope, and record project information accurately.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on the requested services and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, survey teams, and internal departments throughout the project execution process.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, submitted quotations, and potential business opportunities in a timely manner.
- Track project schedules and deliverables, helping teams complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
- Prepare project reports and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for each assignment.
- Communicate progress professionally and address coordination issues that may affect client satisfaction or delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in survey engineering, project coordination, and quotation preparation.
- Good understanding of land surveying services and the ability to interpret client requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
