Job Overview
Emirates Kitchen Equipment is looking for a Project Sales Manager with experience in commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment projects. Based in Dubai, the position focuses on developing new project opportunities, building relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and hospitality clients, and managing sales opportunities through to project award. The role combines business development, commercial negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment projects.
- Build and maintain business relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and hospitality-sector clients.
- Identify upcoming projects, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business development activity across the market.
- Understand customer and project requirements and present suitable equipment solutions to relevant decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, follow opportunities through the sales cycle, and work to secure project orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams during project handover and execution to support client satisfaction and delivery.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s wider business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven project sales experience in the commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment industry is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is indicated as an estimated qualification.
- An established UAE industry network and familiarity with project-based sales are valuable.
- Candidates should be comfortable managing client relationships, negotiations, and a sales pipeline.
- Experience coordinating sales activities with project and operational teams will be useful.
Skills
The position calls for business development, commercial awareness, negotiation, presentation, client relationship management, and project coordination. Strong communication and the ability to understand technical product requirements will help convert opportunities into orders.
Employment Details
This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment sector. The estimated monthly salary is AED 12,000–18,000. A related bachelor’s degree is the indicated educational background.
