Job Description
Gold Glass is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in aluminium, glass, façade systems, doors, and windows who can drive business growth and establish long-term relationships within the UAE construction market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing projects, developing strategic client relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion. Candidates with an established network among contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Generate project leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base
- Explore opportunities within residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Contractors
- Consultants
- Developers
- Project Managers
- Architects
- Procurement Teams
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
Project Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert potential opportunities into secured contracts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Promote the company’s aluminium and glass product portfolio
- Support clients throughout the sales cycle from inquiry to project award
Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
- Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations
- Coordinate with technical and estimation teams when required
- Ensure proposals align with project specifications and client requirements
Negotiation & Contract Acquisition
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project agreements
- Support management during contract discussions and project acquisition activities
- Maintain profitability while achieving competitive project pricing
- Assist in closing sales and securing long-term business partnerships
Market Research & Industry Monitoring
- Monitor market trends and construction sector developments
- Identify emerging opportunities and upcoming projects
- Track competitor activities and industry movements
- Maintain awareness of new technologies and product innovations
Sales Performance Management
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Contribute to overall business growth and market expansion strategies
Requirements
Educational Qualification
