Purchase Officer

Al Khalidiya Group, one of the UAE’s established multi-subsidiary organizations in the construction space, is hiring a skilled Purchase Officer for its Façade Division in Abu Dhabi. This role is well suited to procurement professionals who already know their way around aluminium, glass, and façade materials.

You’ll be sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and keeping projects supplied on schedule. Immediate joiners with UAE façade, aluminium, glass, or construction sector experience will be prioritized.

What You’ll Handle

• Managing procurement of façade materials — aluminium, glass, hardware, sealants, and more
• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for the best pricing and delivery
• Obtaining quotations, comparing offers, and preparing purchase orders
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, stores, and suppliers
• Monitoring delivery schedules and following up on outstanding orders
• Maintaining procurement records and supplier databases
• Verifying materials meet project specifications and quality standards
• Building strong supplier relationships and spotting cost-saving opportunities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience as a Purchase Officer
• Façade, aluminium, glass, or construction industry experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software

Estimated salary: AED 6,500 – AED 9,000 per month.
