Sales Executive (Hospitality)

ACT Hotel & 72 Hotel in Sharjah is on the hunt for a driven Sales Executive who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals in the hospitality world. If you’ve spent a couple of years selling for a 5-star property and want to keep growing your network, this role gives you room to run.

You’ll be managing client relationships across corporate, leisure, MICE, and government segments — generating new business while nurturing the accounts you already have. UAE-based candidates with hotel sales experience will fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business opportunities and hit sales objectives
• Build and maintain relationships across corporate, leisure, MICE, and government clients
• Identify new prospects and grow the hotel’s customer base
• Manage negotiations and business agreements with clients
• Support sales activities that drive hotel revenue and visibility
• Keep networking within the hospitality industry

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel
• Experience across Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Government segments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• UAE-based candidates only

Estimated salary: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month.
