Recruiter

A leading Manpower Supply and Workforce Solutions company in Dubai is expanding its talent acquisition team and is looking for an experienced Recruiter who can juggle multiple hiring assignments without missing a beat. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys the fast pace of high-volume recruitment and knows how to build strong candidate pipelines from scratch.

You’ll be working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand exactly what they need, then sourcing and screening candidates to match. Please note this position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and other channels
• Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate fit for various roles
• Managing multiple vacancies and supporting high-volume recruitment drives
• Keeping candidate pipelines and recruitment databases accurate and current
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Following up with candidates to keep the recruitment experience positive
• Preparing recruitment reports and updating applicant tracking systems

What you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Background in manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, agencies, or workforce solutions is strongly preferred
• UAE recruitment experience is a strong plus
• Solid sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
